Rockit Skateboards
The Project:
Rocket Skateboards commissioned me to design four brand-based abstract deck designs for a summer release during lockdown. They requested the brand name in a highly detailed, illustrative style, with each board featuring a unique theme.
Rationale:
The project began with exploring abstract isometric styles for the brand name. Once the shapes were finalized, I added intricate details while maintaining a consistent color palette. The chosen themes were "Cyber," "Space," "Urban," and "Liquid." These designs, inspired by the busy style of "Where's Wally," feature highly detailed points and vibrant colors to attract a younger audience.
